A new discovery for me, and I’m new to the world of natural wines. This is hands down my go-to wine this summer. Beautifully balanced and very enjoyable on its own or with a summer dish. You can literally taste the love and the life that’s gone into every bottle.

This is a special wine, it tastes a bit light at first, but after a few seconds, there is slight saltiness starting to spread on my tongue, the less cooler the stronger saltiness, later on, the delayed effect started to kick in. A bottle of really rich and playful flavor!
So delicious and goes along well with most meals!
